Today I was outside with Ethan, Trevor and Luke. We finished watering the flowers and I told the boys that they needed to pick up some garbage. Ethan looked at me and stated, "There ain't no garbage out here. "
Yikes!!!!! I know I grew up in Wyoming but I have never used that word in front of my kids. Yes, we have some new neighbors, do I need to limit the contact with them? It just sounded so hillbilly coming from my sweet little boy's mouth! Hopefully my explanation of sounding uneducated didn't go right over his head.
